We have always said that one of our commitments to our community is that our local business will always pay it forward. We live here, we work here and we are invested in our communities. We are grateful for the support that we receive from everyone in Southern Alberta and love to lend support to charitable events, kids sports and other community events. You will see our RE/MAX logo in plenty of places around cities and towns including in the rinks, on the soccer pitches, in the baseball diamonds or programs and at fundraisers. We couldn't be prouder.....
We just presented a cheque to the Alberta Childrens hospital for $28,000. We call it “beyond the sale”. For the past 43 years our local brokerage and agents have raised money through our “Miracle Home” program where agents donate a portion of the sale to Childrens Miracle Network. We have sent this years donations of $28,000 and have now raised over $250,000 through our program. 🎉🎉🎉
Why does it matter?
It matters because we are helping to make sure the Alberta Childrens Hospital has the funding to continue to provide specialized care for sick kids from our community. We have many from our community that have had to access this type of care and even many from our our own Realtor community have had to take their own kids there for care.
