So nobody really knew what to expect once 2022 was coming to an end and the era of Uber cheap mortgages was gone. Interest rates began to climb which began to impact the real estate market. Things were happening fast and there was still a strong demand for home ownership. As the markets were adjusting, we knew that home Buyers and Sellers would be looking for experience and knowledge to help guide them through.
